SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Use your tracking number and click HERE to track your package. For additional questions about shipping or to request overnight shipping, please email us at support@cordova.co. Additional charges will apply to overnight shipments. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders placed with DHL international shipping will be process and ship within 48 business hours. We ship via DHL for international orders. Use your tracking number and click HERE to track your package. Once your order ships, it generally takes 12 business days to be delivered. Please note, we have no control over DHL shipment or customs delays. Such delays can prolong delivery times up to 20 business days and you should contact DHL for further information. CORDOVA is not responsible for customs fees or duties.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship within 24 hours, but can take up to 2 days to ship. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail, or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

TRACKING MY ORDER

As soon as your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order. If you want to change the address or have a question about the whereabouts, please first contact the shipping carrier directly as we do not control packages once they leave our shipping center.  Please have your tracking number ready.
