RETURN POLICY

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

ALL ITEMS MARKED "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. 
ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED OVER 15% are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
CORDOVA gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise (discounted up to 15%) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. All original tags must be intact, and the garments are to be returned in their original packaging. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in brand-new condition.
Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  
Returns are processed within 2 business days upon receipt at our distribution center. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

U.S. RETURNS

We offer free return shipping for all eligible orders within the U.S. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The cost of returning products from an international location is the responsibility of the buyer. CORDOVA does not issue refunds for international shipping fees, duties, or taxes.

EXCHANGES

Once your return has been sent back to our distribution center, our team will check the condition of the item to ensure it meets our return policy. Once approved, your exchange request will be processed. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. After we process your return, it typically takes 3-7 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.

STORE CREDIT

Store credits are issued as gift cards sent via email and are available for immediate use.
