RETURN POLICY

RETURN / EXCHANGE TERMS FOR END OF SEASON SALE – MAY 2021

All items purchased on sale are FINAL. Exchanges for a different size or store credit only. Absolutely no refunds are permitted for any item purchased on sale. Request for exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. If the size you are looking for is out of stock, you will receive store credit, redeemable only on www.cordova.co. Absolutely no refunds on any item purchased on sale.

 

STANDARD POLICY

CORDOVA gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged full price merchandise for a full refund within 28 days of delivery.  All original tags must be intact, and the garments are to be returned in their original packaging. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition. All discounted items and photo sample pieces are final sale. Items that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  

U.S. RETURNS

We offer free return shipping for all orders within the U.S. 

For your return, please:

Step 1: Click here to initiate the return process and get your prepaid return shipping label.
Step 2: Pack your item(s) in the original cardboard box and seal the box with tape. Attach the prepaid label to the box. 
Step 3: Drop your package off at any UPS location. 
Step 4: Please allow for 2 business days for our team to review your return once it has been received back at our distribution center.
Step 5: You will receive an email notification once we have reviewed your item(s), and your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The cost of returning product from an international location is the responsibility of the buyer. CORDOVA does not issue refunds for international shipping fees, duties, or taxes.

For your return, please:

Step 1: Click here to initiate the return process.
Step 2: Once your return request has been approved, pack your item(s) and return form in the original cardboard box and seal the box with tape.
Step 3: Send your package back via a courier service that provides tracking. Please retain your tracking number as a reference for your return. CORDOVA is not responsible for international returns that are lost if a tracking number cannot be provided.
Step 4: Address the shipment to CORDOVA, 1050 B St., Blaine, WA 98230.  
Step 5: Email support@cordova.co the tracking number for your return shipment.

EXCHANGES

At this time we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend submitting a return request for the item you would like to return, and placing a separate order for the desired item. Once your return has been sent back to our distribution center, our team will check the condition of the item to ensure it meets our return policy. Once approved, a refund will be issued and you will be informed of your refund via email confirmation. 

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Returns are processed within 2 business days once we receive the package back at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed, and your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. After we process your return, it typically takes 3-7 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.
