2 Year Warranty
All CORDOVA ski suits, ski jackets, and ski pants are protected by a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, when purchased directly from CORDOVA.CO.
Coverage Includes:
- Manufacturing defects affecting zippers, buttons, and seams
- Eligible only for ski suits, ski jackets, and ski pants
- Resolution by repair or replacement, depending on the issue
Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Accidental damage, improper care/washing, or modifications
- Damage from external sources (e.g., ski edges, gear friction, heat exposure)
Initiate a Claim:
- Please email support@cordova.co with the following:
- Proof of purchase from CORDOVA.CO
- Photo of defect
- Your mailing address
Fine Print:
This limited warranty applies only to original purchases made through CORDOVA.CO and is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. CORDOVA reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a product qualifies for repair or replacement under this warranty. Replacement items may vary in style, color, or season depending on availability.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper care, alterations, or damage caused by external sources. This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to purchases made through unauthorized retailers, retailers other than CORDOVA.CO, or third-party platforms.
Except as expressly stated herein, CORDOVA disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall CORDOVA be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or performance of its products.
