ORDERING & SHIPPING

Do you ship globally?

Yes, we proudly offer at-cost international shipping to most countries worldwide. However, there are a few exceptions where we are currently unable to deliver.

We do not ship to:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Bonaire (Saint Eustatius and Saba), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Mali, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Myanmar, Netherlands Antilles, Niger, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Turkey, and Ukraine.

If you reside in a region we do not currently service, we invite you to shop through one of our many global retail partners.

How long will it take to get my order?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible - typically within 2 business days.

Delivery Times
We do our best to ensure timely delivery for all orders. When selecting standard, expedited, or overnight, please note that all delivery dates are estimated and provided directly by the carrier.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have questions about your package’s location after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as we do not have access to packages once they leave our warehouse.

A signature is required upon delivery for orders that do not select package insurance. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice to arrange redelivery or pickup.

Is shipping insurance offered?

Yes. We have partnered with Redo to offer you protection against, loss, theft and damage during shipping. Insurance can be selected at checkout. Please note: CORDOVA is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit.

How does CORDOVA fit?

CORDOVA designs are crafted with a tailored, performance-driven fit. Ski suits and outerwear are designed for freedom of movement with a flattering fit. Please refer to our size guide for specific measurements and fit notes by style on each product page.

Are CORDOVA ski suits waterproof?

All CORDOVA ski suits and outerwear are made with waterproof or water-repellent materials, ranging from 3K to 20K ratings, providing protection against snow, sleet, and light to heavy rain. Tech garments feature seam-sealed construction and technical finishes like Ecorepel® treatment, waterproof membranes, and Aquaguard® zippers ensure lasting weather resistance while maintaining breathability. Are CORDOVA products sustainably made?

Yes. Sustainability is central to our design philosophy. We partner with certified mills and manufacturers who share our commitment to ethical production. Many of our textiles feature recycled insulation, eco-friendly water-repellent coatings, and non-toxic dye processes certified under Bluesign®, Ecorepel®, and OEKO-TEX® standards. We also intentionally produce in limited quantities to reduce excess inventory and ensure each collection sells through, minimizing waste while preserving the exclusivity of every piece.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All CORDOVA ski suits, ski jackets, and ski pants are backed by a two-year warranty covering seams, zippers, and hardware. We stand behind the quality of every garment and will repair eligible issues free of charge during this period. Please see our Warranty Policy for full details.

What’s the difference between waterproof and water-repellent?

Waterproof fabrics prevent moisture from penetrating the garment, even under pressure, while water-repellent fabrics resist light snow and moisture but are not entirely impermeable. CORDOVA’s waterproof styles are designed for demanding alpine conditions, while water-repellent styles are ideal for light weather, bluebird days, resort wear and après.

Can I wear CORDOVA off the slopes?

Absolutely. CORDOVA designs transition effortlessly from slope to street. Tailored fits, refined detailing, and technical materials make each piece functional in the mountains and stylish in urban and resort settings.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

CORDOVA crafts garments built to last a lifetime, and we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the following terms.

Standard Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. While trying on your garment, please be aware not to transfer makeup or other cosmetics. 
  • Orders placed with a discount code of 20% or less are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Orders discounted by sale of 20%+ are eligible for exchange only.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Holiday Policy

  • Purchases made between November 28 and December 23 may be returned until January 6.
  • All other terms above apply.

International Orders

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and calculated at the time of return.

Items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned.
Items discounted more than 20% are available for exchange or store credit only.
