Placing an Order
An item is out of stock, will you be re-stocking soon?
If an item or size is currently unavailable on our site, please email email@example.com and include the name, size and color of the desired item. Our customer service team will check product availability and suggest one of our retailers who may have the item in stock.
I’ve accidentally placed an order; I need to cancel!
Please contact our customer service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in the email. We have a small window before your order ships, so contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel.
I’ve ordered the wrong size/color, it is possible to update my order?
As long as your order has not yet shipped and we have the desired item in stock, we are able to update your order. Please email email@example.com with your order number and the size, color, and product name that you meant to order.
Returns & Exchanges
There was no return slip in my order, how do I make a return?
We include a return shipping label for orders within the US. If a label was not included in your package, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a label. For international returns, please send back via a courier service that provides tracking.
Am I eligible for a refund?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged full price merchandise with all original tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition. Items that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
What if I need to exchange an item?
If you’d like to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please email email@example.com to place the desired item on hold. If the desired item is in stock, we will place on hold until we receive the returned item back at our warehouse. Shipping is complimentary on the exchanged item for domestic orders.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
CORDOVA covers the cost of return shipping for all orders within the US. The cost of returning product from an international location is the responsibility of the customer. CORDOVA does not issue refunds for international shipping fees.
How long does it take for a return to be processed?
Returns are processed within 48 hours once they have been received at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
I’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, what should I do?
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive a faulty product or the incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and international taxes and duties are calculated and collected at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
We strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12pm PST Monday – Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be sent out on the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from CORDOVA which will include your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Will I have to sign for my package?
Yes, all CORDOVA packages require a signature on delivery. If no one is at the delivery location to sign for the package, please contact the shipping carrier to schedule redelivery or pickup.
Are your suits warm enough to ski in?
Yes! CORDOVA ski suits are designed to be worn on the mountain in a variety of conditions. Our fabric is waterproof, fleece lined, breathable and heat retaining. Depending on your personal comfort level and the temperature, you can wear your CORDOVA suit alone, with a base layer underneath, or with an insulated jacket on top. In general, if it’s under 30 degrees Fahrenheit, we recommend layering with an insulated jacket.
Are you supposed to wear a base layer underneath CORDOVA ski suits?
It depends on the temperature and climate of where you are skiing, but in most conditions, we recommend wearing a thin base layer underneath your CORDOVA ski suit.
Is your ski suit fabric waterproof?
Yes! Our main fabric has a 25k waterproof rating to withstand a variety of conditions on the mountain. This rating guarantees protection under persistent rain, heavy snow, high winds and wet environments.
How do I know what size to buy?
Our size charts serve as a general guideline for each of our garments. Our pieces vary by style as some items are designed to be fitted, whereas others are more loose-fitting. For our fitted ski suits, we recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes to allow room for a base layer. If you need any assistance with sizing, please email our customer service team with the garment(s) you are interested in as well as your bust, waist, and hip measurements and we will do our best to recommend the right size for you.
Are CORDOVA suits only made for skiing?
Our garments are designed to be worn on the mountain for a variety of activities. From skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing or snowmobiling, to your favorite après activities, CORDOVA ski apparel provides fashion and function while on the mountain.
