HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
For all purchases made between November 1st and December 25th, returns will be accepted until January 8th, pending the following conditions.
Garments must be in brand-new condition with tags intact (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged). Garments should be returned in their original packaging. Damaged, worn, or altered items are not eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Our team processes returns within 5-7 business days of receiving them and refunds will post 5-7 business days later. You'll receive an email confirmation once complete.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
At Cordova, we happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of delivery. All original tags must be intact, and items should be returned in their original packaging.
Returns are only accepted for items in brand-new condition. Damaged, worn, or altered items are not eligible and will be sent back to the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Our team processes returns within 5-7 business days of receiving them and refunds with post 5-7 business days later. You'll receive an email confirmation once complete.
Items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned.
Items discounted more than 20% and shipped domestically within the US are available for exchange or store credit only.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
We offer Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
Some return requests may require review. These requests won't immediately generate a pre-paid return label. After inspection and approval of your item(s), we'll process the return and send a pre-paid return label if return conditions are met.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Cordova charges at-cost international return fees. The fees typically range between $0-$40 USD depending on location. The fee covers return shipping and duties. The fee will be automatically calculated within the our returns portal.
We do not refund delivery shipping costs.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned items, and refunded to the original form of payment.
Cordova does not accept direct exchanges for orders delivered outside of the USA. To process an "exchange", the original order will need to be returned and refunded, then the desired garment or size may be repurchased.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be processed within our returns portal. After sending back your original garment, our team will inspect it, and if approved, your exchange will be processed.
We also offer instant exchanges to expedite the exchange process. Instant exchanges should be processed through our returns portal. To speed up your exchange, select the instant exchange option when submitting your request. We’ll begin fulfilling your order right away. A temporary hold will be placed on your card and released once we receive the original item. If the return isn’t shipped within 7 days, your card will be charged—but we’ll issue a refund once we get the item back.

REFUNDS
We happily offer refunds when applicable, as outlined in our standard policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Banks usually post the refunded amount within 5-7 business days.
STORE CREDIT
Credits are issued as gift cards via email, ready for immediate use.
Credits don't expire.
REJECTED RETURNS
If your return doesn't align with our policy, we'll contact you regarding return-to-sender shipping. Although Cordova isn't responsible for these fees, we'll help identify cost-effective options for you via our logistics partners.
Failure to arrange return-to-sender shipping within 30 days results in your merchandise being deemed abandoned. Leading up to this, we'll contact you multiple times about your item's status.
